BIOGRAPHY
Kwon Soon-young is SEVENTEEN's primary choreographer — a role unheard of for a performing group member at his label tier. He creates or co-creates the choreography for most SEVENTEEN releases, an output that has made him one of the most visible creative voices in fourth-generation boy groups. His own performance energy is among the most explosive in K-pop, using the entire stage with a physical confidence that classically trained dancers rarely achieve.
Choreography and dance theory study — he researches movement systems from hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary traditions — watching dance content across global genres, and cooking.
