Choi Yeon-jun trained at Big Hit for three years, during which his dance demonstrations circulated internally as training examples — a level of recognition unusual for an unpublished trainee. He debuted as TXT's lead dancer and has since become widely recognised as one of the most technically complete performers in fourth-generation boy groups, combining hip-hop fluency, contemporary training, and physical confidence that professional choreographers credit consistently.

Choi Su-bin was recruited by Big Hit and debuted as TXT's leader as a teenager. His low, warm baritone is TXT's most distinctive vocal characteristic and gives the group's arrangements a gravity that their emotional subject matter benefits from. He has hosted multiple major Korean music award programmes and developed into one of K-pop's most capable broadcast personalities.

Choi Beom-gyu is TXT's most musically spontaneous member — the one most likely to pick up a guitar between schedules and the one whose pop-punk influence has most directly pushed the group's sound toward rock-adjacent territory. He has guitar writing credits on multiple TXT tracks and his willingness to pursue alternative sonic directions has shaped their identity as fourth-generation K-pop's most rock-influenced flagship group.

Kang Tae-hyun is TXT's main vocalist and the member most focused on vocal technique as a discipline in itself. His clear, powerful tenor is the group's live performance anchor and has drawn favourable attention from professional vocal coaches and music journalists. He is the group's most outwardly disciplined member — his gym training and practice schedule are notably intense — and brings a seriousness that contrasts with TXT's youthful image.

Huening Kai — full name Kai Kamal Huening — was born in Hawaii to a Korean-American mother and a German father, growing up across multiple countries before settling in Korea. He is the most multicultural member in TXT and one of the most multicultural in all of fourth-generation K-pop. His flute background is unusual in a K-pop context, and his ease in English, German, and Korean gives him a distinctive fluency in international media.
